I spoke at Wanted Live’s Beyond Design series in 2020 for a large regional UX/UI audience of over 10,000 participants largely located in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia.

Drawing on my work at StarHub, I shared what changes when a senior designer expands from individual craft into design leadership: coaching teams and connecting design decisions to business strategy. This resulted to a lot of follow-up mentorship 1:1 requests from Jr. Designers looking to get into leadership roles.
